Silke has been amazing at moving me through some long term issues which I decided I didn’t want dictating my behaviour and responses in certain situations any longer in my life. She understood exactly what I needed and created a warm, welcome and safe space to do it. She was patient and kind and very experienced in everything she did which made me feel super supported and I can say the results have been outstanding. So subtle yet so effective.
