They cancelled our cruise two days before we were meant to go - offered unsuitable alternatives and said a refund would be 8-10 business days. Unprofessional service. Buyer beware.
Terrible service. We had someone flying in who missed their flight, gave notice the day before and they wouldn’t assist with cancelling or moving the booking for that 1 person out of a booking for 9 people. Flat out refused to be helpful in any way, and said they didn’t receive emails to their own email address on the booking. Very unpleasant to deal with. Suggest to try other booking channels.
