Skilled therapist and good treatment, but not honest about the Medibank provider status. I saw Mick Jarvis Monday last week and before the massage we discussed that he was a Medibank Member of Choice provider, which is why I booked. I was then charged a $56 gap instead of the expected $0. After calling Medibank, I was told he is not registered as a Member of Choice provider. I don’t usually do reviews, but this was terrible admin service, booked online days before the appointment to be told 30min prior that it needs to be moved to the next day when I was already in the area waiting for my appointment, they sent me multiple emails to confirm my appointment days prior and couldn’t even notify me with an email or a text on the day or many hours earlier that they couldn’t do my session! Extremely professional massage service located inside the gym. It helped relieve my lower back and back pain significantly. I also received valuable advice on maintaining proper posture and relaxing my muscles in daily life. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly!

Good Myotherapy & deep tissue massage located at the back of a gym. The team are used to sports issues so usually offer a bit of stretching advice on top of the massage & dry needling.
