Had the team helped investigate my broken Vulcan ducted gas heater, and it turned out the heater was too old and I was provided a quote to replace it with a new Brivis heater. I also discussed with Alex several other options, who was always friendly and provided a clear explanation. The installation team turned up on time and got the job done at a high quality.
Well what a shocking experience this was with this company, had a quote emailed to me, went in person to discuss the quote, was told the quote was not valid as the spit system that was quoted was not available anymore, the quote is meant to be good for 30 days lol, ask
We had our old gas ducted system replaced with a Mitsubishi Electric 20kW system. Everything went smoothly from initial sales enquiry and quote by Dan, to the great job with the installation performed by Brendan, Trent, Connor, Jackson and electrician Jason. We are very happy with the new system and the overall professionalism of ACS. We would recommend them to anyone.
We’ve just completed a project to upgrade our heating system from gas to a Daikin ducted air conditioning system. My wife and I are truly grateful to the team at Australian Climate Systems. We upgraded our gas heating system with Australian Climate Systems. Martin and Austin came out and they were very nice and did an excellent job. So 5 stars from us. Also Dan who came out first to quote Lesthe job was excellent as well. All round a very happy experience. Would highly recommend this company Thanks Les Clark
