I would give them minus if there’s an option. Before signing up the contract of my agedcare agreement, they promised the fees but retracted what they promised & jacked up the fees from $99 to $145 for service with the invoice of $90 (10% additional admin fee). They rigged the system by inflating price so that to get more funding from government & customers ended up paying more self contribution fees. Bad apple, stay away from them
