Large variety of boating equipment and they had the items I was looking for friendly and informative staff, told me directly to the items I requested, in and out within 5 minutes, for me that's a record in a chandlery lol
Had to buy Block and Fiddle from here one of the most professional places I have been too. Kelvin was very helpful and very experienced. They also did postage for my equipment very happy and very quick. Thanks guys
Met with an extremely negative Female manager who was exceptionally uncooperative and who took exception to me asking for a quote for two electric winches to compare with another quote I got elsewhere. I was very open and up front about it because the value was over $10K. She was very rude and after I told her it was to compare with one other quote, she said that the price would be whatever the recommended retail price was from Harken- and she wasn’t interested in getting not a price war.
