I had a highly disappointing and stressful experience with AussiAcc and Mr. Niazi. I was issued an invoice and paid for tax return services that were never actually lodged with the ATO. I only discovered this when I engaged a new accountant who had to do the work for me. Furthermore, upon ending our professional relationship, my corporate ASIC credentials were not properly handed over, which resulted in me being completely unaware of compounding late fees and eventually receiving an ASIC penalty. Absolute fraud. Not responsive. They took the money but didn’t finish my job and refused to pay back. The main accountant and owner, Mr Niazi, is very rude and lies to you. I ended up suing them for the BAS they have said they have done and charged me for, but they haven’t done it. Avoid them at all costs.
They are not honest, overcharging a lot. Try elsewhere.
