I got Battery changed for my Wife’s IPhone 14 Pro from this (as Apple Store In High point said it will take 2-3 days to Change battery, because I haven’t booked in Any appointment with they) So I went to this shop in CRAIGIEBURN and guy in shop said they will do good job. Everyone please look at photos what happened to battery it nearly exploded. Don’t trust there work.
I visited this shop just to get dust removed from the front camera of my Google Pixel 8a Pro. Surprisingly, they said the display had to be removed to do that and quoted $100. All they did was take off the display, clean it, and then reattach it using six pieces of tape—charging me a $30 service fee. After that, the display was only working about 95% and showed some flickering. When I got home, the screen completely stopped working. Zero Star worst Service and Attitude. No customer Service at all even arguing and fighting with the customer and threatening. Charged very high fees and product quality very cheap, broken product at the same day. Will be launching complain against them in the consumer affair Australia. I went to get solution of their product, however without knowing or discussing root cause threatening to leave the store.
