After a long process of looking at so many vans we found ourselves at austrack in townsville and was met at the gate by a tall man with a smile 😃 that can light up any room.... Lachlan went on to sell us a carvan and was full of knowledge and could answer ever question we through his way. Lachlan is a very valuable asset to the show room and we can't folt his support he has given us from the time we said yes for the sale and 3 weeks later still there to help us in any way.... austrack needs to hang on to him. . I booked in Hydrolic Steering 1 week ago. The Monday before appointment I rang to see if they could fit me in earlier only to be told they don’t do anything except servicing . Which was decided over the weekend. Wow who does that surely you would complete the booked tasks then drop to just doing servicing. What business does that. ? Not one I would recommend. If only I could give no stars. Take your servicing elsewhere. No customer care !!! So I went to speak to the manager who offered no service at all. The Harlett service ... read more
