Glad the service is there, and pricing is ok...but thats where it ends. First off, the signage is really in all the wrong places. There is stop sign after the regulations...the sign says "stop here and wait".... Wait for what? There was nobody in line ahead of me, can anyone even see I'm here? Pulled onto the scale, and I always expect to wait...business as usual...while im waiting, why not post all the "rules" about inside the building...back up til your trailer wheel hits the ramp, don't step on the ramp, close trailer doo... read more
My experience with WM has been very positive. communications with customer service were pleasant. Notifications regarding the holiday pick ups were clear and easy to understand. The drivers were friendly, respectful, and very attentive. I am a very happy customer and I am glad WM is here to provide the service.
