I am very upset w/this bank right now!! I have banked w/Austin Telco-Taylor branch for at least 15 yrs and when I need them the most, they have not helped me at all!!! Very, very, very disappointed w/them!!!! I had my account hacked w/money withdrawn w/o MY permission during the ice storm. Went to the bank thinking “oh these guys will make it all good…NOPE!!! I do not recommend Austin Telco, their hours are limited. When you need them they aren’t available. You call when they open and you get “the switchboard is closed.” Super annoying! That’s just the tip of all the big reasons not to bank with them. Nearly 6 years with them and I’ve had enough.
