Only been with them a few months and have been very disappointed so far. Card doesn’t work at their ATMs but does everywhere else. Their cards once given to you aren’t usable for an hour, so just pause whatever else you were gonna do while in town. Not very friendly or extremely helpful at all. Just don’t really seem to know what they are doing. And whose atm doesn’t give exact amounts now days? Kinda need to update and keep up. Plus. This location holds a special place in my heart. The team is always courteous, professional, and very friendly. I look forward to visits and have never had a single issue with my account, ordering a new card or checks, or any other service. Even the mobile app works very well. I would highly reccommend Austin Telco to anyone looking for a safe place to manage your finances, they really do treat you like family.
Raven in the Austin Telco Federal Credit Union Lockhart location has gone way above and beyond to help me with several complicated situations that I have recently faced. I cannot rate her anything but a 5+++. She’ is competent, patient and very kind. She has been a joy to work with and has helped me resolve all my issues. Thank you Raven!
