If you’re considering Austin Telco Federal Credit Union — any branch, any location — let this be your warning. This isn’t a “bad employee” or “one branch” issue. Our experience made it very clear that the problems run much deeper than that. We happened to deal with staff at the Lockhart, TX branch — Supervisor Elizabeth P. and Branch Manager Wanda — and that was enough to show exactly how little Austin Telco Federal Credit Union values its members. Staff is amazing and polite! The girls always go above and beyond to help me with my business banking needs. Managers are awesome and look out for you
If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Everytime we would set something up they wouldn't have a record of it the next time. I am closing both accounts and will never do business with them again.
