Took me moving to another credit union to realize how absolutely terrible ATFCU is. Terrible interest rates on every type of savings account. No branches in other parts of Texas. Doesn't work with other credit unions. Very few free ATMs. Terrible customer service. Really just the absolute worst place to bank. They literally do nothing for their customers. 0.3% interest on money market accounts is actual robbery. Go to Randolph Brooks they are significantly better.
Nancy has always been very helpful with all of my banking needs. She explains everything in a way I understand. So helpful. 10/10 recommend!
