Great experience getting a couch here. Linda was very helpful with my wife and myself and gave us time to pick samples and look without pressure, recommended the firm cushions for my back and it was a great choice. The 2 delivery guys that came today got a big couch in a tight elevator and were super friendly and helpful. Good experience from start to finish.
I highly recommend getting your furniture from Austin & Taylor! We had been looking in Toronto and London for a porcelain dining table for a month, but nothing compared to the price point, customization, and design they offer. She is very knowledgeable and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made our decision so much easier. She was also incredibly patient with our many questions.
