I had to do the majority of all the heavy lifting and set up my own home studies and file my own paperwork and then after months of not hearing from the attorney she finally gets back with me saying that everything was complete and a court hearing had been set. Apparently every once awhile an attorney completely does a horrible job. There are so many ways the judicial system in itself mess up however an attorney is suppose to guide you through the process as best possible. Maryland has failed miserably to do this. The day a plea deal was offered, she turns and says it's gonna cost you a lot more money to take this to trial. Anyone seen the show "All Rise"?
