Austin is a great massage therapist! I always feel amazing after our sessions. He always takes the time to go over all of my issues before hand and tailors the massage to them. He gives solid advice and suggestions on how to incorporate stretching and different excercises that are relevant to what your body needs. He has helped me immensely and I highly recommend him!
I got into a car accident earlier in the year and I've gone to countless physio and rmts to get rid of the lingering pain in my lower back. No matter who I saw, it was so painful! However, after one session with Austin, I was able to gain my mobility back almost back to 100%. Within 4-5 sessions, I was able to finally feel pain-free and it was amazing! Would recommend him to anyone with ongoing pain in their life. He doesn't waste time and gets working on your pain points which was a breath of fresh air!
Austin can be very practical and intentional with his massages, meaning he’s working on the areas that need the attention, rather than just spreading oil on your body. My experiences have been great, and improve my body, meaning less aches and pains. Very professional, and excellent to communicate with.
Austin made me feel comfortable, took the time to listen, and answered my many questions. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why/how the muscle would feel. I would recommend him to anyone!
