I hired Austin in May of last year (2020) to file a FOC case in Wayne county. I paid him a total of $1500, with the last payment taking place 9/2/2020. He has yet to file my case and is very difficult to get ahold of. When we do speak he reassures me that he is working on my case and that “next” week he is going to file. DO NOT use this man. I paid him 7 weeks ago to do a motion for me. Four weeks in he claimed that he was busy and getting to it. I’ve been trying to call him and no answer or calls back. I want my money back. He is a crook. BEWARE!!!!
My name is Erica and I recently retained Mr Hirschhorn in a custody case, however it is my biggest regret and strongly suggest going forward no one retains this man he will take your money and in a sense make you fight for yourself he doesn't speak up in court for the parents and if I could he wouldn't get any stars. This attorney did absinthe NOTHING for me! Just recently, I went through an evidentiary hearing. I called him because I had used him before. He lied stating that I would be able to get the hearing adjourned. After finding out that there was no way I could, I told him that I would keep the attorney I have.
