I highly recommend Lighthouse Lending. Kodaah, Austin made my loan process easy. We were approved days before closing. About mid-way through Kodaah called me up to say that Lighthouse had lowered my interest rate because the market had unexpectedly improved. In the current high interest rate environment, I am really glad to have done a No Closing cost loan so that I have the option to refi when rates drop again.
