This loan company mail me a check , I deposited it in my bank on Monday of this week left all my info on the back of the check . They called my landline phone Wednesday they could not reach me because I was not home . They withdrew the money out of my bank causing NSF at my bank . I never be done that way before .if I did not need the money I would have not cashed it . Please try harder to reach out to your customers before withdrawing the funds back out of their accounts. I tried to apply aplie for a lone and woman named Pam told me I was dumb an hung up on me . Said she won’t help me was rude and mean to me. I called back and woman Said she was manager won’t help me also and hung up . Do not use them they are rude
