12/23/2024 office was closed at 4:00 pm but they are supposed to stay open until 4:30. What a joke they want to raise taxes to pay them more when the services do not match their listed hours.
I tried calling this number but it hung up 2 out of every 3 calls I made. The third call allowed me to select which department I wanted and then said, "Goodbye" and hung up. This happened repeatedly and well before 4:00pm.
Always very helpful and pleasant !
