I had a terrible experience because the women there were racist and rude. Just to pay for a highway ticket, I informed them more than five times that the price they charged me was higher. Then, when I asked why the other receipt they gave me was written in pen, they said I was telling them they were scamming me. I told them to check the security cameras because I never said that, I was just asking a question, and they just started yelling and acting disrespectfully and unethically. If you are to appear here I feel bad for you.
Would be better if the letter received included the office hours so that I didn't have to waste a trip to a closed office. The Office is open to the public Mon - Thursday 10am - 2pm, office is closed from 12pm - 1pm for lunch. So you have a three hour window to make it to the place. Great hours for those who work.
