Friendly staff helping local residents.
Customer service is terrible. They were not able to provide service for an international transaction. And offered no solutions. I had to open an account with another bank to handle it. As they don’t have a swift number. This debacle cost me over 1000$ as the exchange rates changed.

Tried to tell me my child support check wasn’t real from the state of Texes comptroller. Mind you they have cashed these checks forever. They had no desire to see the envelope or anything I had received from the state with the check. They were rude and dismissive. Acted like I was trying to rip them off for a measly $250. If I’d been trying to cash without a license that would be one thing but, wow! Austin bank is trash. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM.
