Convenient. helpful I have been banking with Austin Bank since 2002. They are very helpful, and have great customer service. I have had a couple of automobile loans with them, and that was a very simple process and I didn't have any problems. They only complaint is that the Rusk branch closes too early... 3:30 is before most people, including myself, get off of work. So you have to drive to Jacksonville if you need to see someone in person. They are open until 5:30.
