I've stopped by Austin Bank many times before for simple reasons like making change during the over six and a half years I've lived in Nacogdoches since I live close by, and recently opened a small business free checking account for my new martial arts school. They also have very reasonable ATM fees compared to some others I've seen. No complaints yet!!
"We can't except this passport because it isn't an AMERICAN passport" to cash an Austin Bank check they wouldnt accept my husbands GA ID because they weren't "familiar" with it, we are from the Federated States of Micronesia. we had all our proper documents to help us with the situation which shouldn't have been hard at all considering the fact that our country is a US Territory. The ignorance,racism and poor customer service disgusts me about this place. I hope they fix it ASAP.
