I have been banking with Austin Bank for quite a few years and always delt with Mike Ogg, However, since he left, I have had several business dealings with the new loan manager, and his staff, and have been very satisfied with everything he has handled for me. I find it VERY unprofessional for the Whitehouse branch not to answer the phone! I work for a title company and had a very important question for the lender I have been working with! I have called several times with no answer. I am also from Whitehouse and find this very upsetting. Poor customer service.
