I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent experience with Paul concerning our order for blackbutt timber. Despite having already paid for the materials and previously agreeing on specific lengths, Paul is now insisting on supplying shorter timber that does not meet our requirements. Furthermore, I found his attitude throughout this process to be arrogant and unprofessional, which is not the level of service we expect.
We are happy with the black butt timber ordered from AusTimber.
