Thank you to the team at Austimber. The staff are very polite and responsive. The Spotted Gum box treads have been made to perfection and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Austimber. Great work guys 👌

Terrible customer service. Their prices are expensive, but being local I decided to give them my business. As I was replacing parts of a deck, the boards had to be a specific width. According to Paul, that was no problem. Imagine my surprise when they got delivered a week later, and the pallet of decking was the wrong size. Even the docket was written wrong. Don't waste you time with this company I called AusTimbers to ask about their recycled wood. I wish I read these reviews first, because they are dead right! I wanted to know what they had in stock in their recycled wood. I got told “I don’t have time for this!” I should have walked away right then and there. They tried palming off their old wood on me.
