Booked a face to face appointment in the Kensington office. Received email confirmation. Arrived on time and the office appeared closed ? Tried to call phone number but it is an Australian number and obviously no one answered. Have heard nothing from them since.
Book and confirmed my appointment, gathered all the relevant documents and waited 45 minutes for my call and nothing. Called the given number and it wasn't even connected. Incredibly disappointing. What a waste of time. At least I'm ready to file my taxes with someone else.
