I had problems with the spa not heating properly initially but Aussie spas honoured the warranty and supplied the new components and paid for the installation. Thanks again Aussie Spas
These people seem nice until you get your spa. Then you can't contact them. The Italian made Ares spa had very little in the way of comprehensible manual and operating instructions. Can get a response from email So I'm reserving my opinion until issues are resolved

I absolutely love my spa!! Had a hard time convincing my husband we needed a spa and now i cant get him out of it! The colour looks even better in person, i am very happy we made the purchase. Thank you Aussie Spa's!
