Have had outdoor roller blinds installed some years ago for a fantastic price. Had a small issue with one of the blinds well outside the warranty period but Kirk came out and repaired it for free. Deal with Kirk for quotes and installation and with Odette for all Admin. Their products are top quality. Pricing is far better than competition quotes plus turnaround time is exceptional. I had my patio blinds installed by Aussie Outdoor Blinds, recently I noticed the frames were coming apart. I phone Kirk and messaged him with the problem. I was asked to have a photo taken and sent to him which I did. Easy to fix was the reply. On ringing Kirk to get some answers about the repairs I was told he was very busy and was recovering from surgery. It’s over six months and the problem has worsened.
