I met with Karl in August 2024 regarding refinancing, he said it would take him about 2 hours to put something together for me and that I would hear from him by the end of the day. I never heard back, and even followed up with Jess, the office admin, a week later, and still haven't heard back from him. Dirk first helped us with our mortgage 5 years ago. We were so happy with his knowledge, support and ability to provide us with the right product that we've been back twice since then!
