Avery and his team were supportive and understanding throughout the whole process, answering questions at all times of the day and contactable during the weekends. I met with Karl in August 2024 regarding refinancing, he said it would take him about 2 hours to put something together for me and that I would hear from him by the end of the day. I never heard back, and even followed up with Jess, the office admin, a week later, and still haven't heard back from him. It's incredibly frustrating that I took the time to complete the online profile, take my newborn to the meeting, then have nothing come of it.
