When we didn't get a new appointment with the person that originally spoke to us we had our appointment updated to Naga, who also ended up being atrociously late to our appointment. Called twice to update her arrival time. Couldn't provide us with information on the spot and said to provide our payslips and would get back to us next week. We heard nothing in return.
