Tried to make an appointment as a first home buyer for some assistance in the buying process. Wanted to discuss what our options were and what we needed to change if we couldn't currently be approved for a home loan. Was sent paperwork which was filled out and returned in a timely manner, was told we couldn't currently borrow the amount required for the house we were looking at and no further assistance was given.
