We went in to see how much we could borrow and what steps we needed to take. Instead of any real help, Robyn told us it wasn’t possible. Owning 90% of a house that would be rented out and having two incomes (one above average) apparently meant nothing. We were told we could only borrow $250k, couldn’t use equity, and the only advice was basically “maybe save more for a few years.” There was no effort to explore options, no proper guidance, and no real customer service. Terrible experience with Janet this morning. Not interested in what I was looking for, just said she couldn't do it, threw a bunch of numbers at me, gave me very limited options and no interest in finding out more. I wish I had listened to the previous negative reviews on here, because my experience echoed them and I would have saved myself the time.
