We had a sensational experience when we refianaced. Andrew and Madonna were great. Andrew kept us apparised of everthing that was happening, even when he was on holidays over Christmas. barely had to lift a finger. Communication was spot on, barely had to ring because he Madonna would keep us up to date. The other bank did not even try to match the deal that Andrew got for us.
