Our broker Sophie RIzzas was very knowledgeable, supportive and with us every step of the way throughout the buying process. Sophie was available for calls to help us with the application process for our lenders, accessing a great deal with our lender, the auction process, settlement and post settlement tips. I can’t thank Sana Hosseini and his team enough for how quickly and efficiently they got everything sorted. We were on a tight timeline (settlement in less than 40 days), but they managed to get the loan approved and the settlement done without any delays. Communication was great throughout – always responsive and happy to explain things clearly. It really took the stress out of the process.
