Would not recommend. Receptionist was lovely, but when you have an out of the box situation, to receive the arrogance and know it all attitude of the male broker, (who is out of date with new schemes that have been introduced, when another 2 brokers have confirmed we qualify for it) is very concerning! More so as they are government schemes! When questioned the response was “I am a lot more experienced in this area and know what is available”.
