Gaurav was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was always friendly and professional and always quick to get back to our many questions. We were quite naive to the process, having not had a mortgage for many years, and Gaurav took away the stress and pressure that we would have faced doing it alone. We really feel that he went above and beyond and we would not hesitate to use his help again and also recommend him to anyone that is looking for a mortgage.
