Ross went above and beyond to help me with my car loan after a troubled time and his friendliness and customer service was so nice to have. He was very friendly, but ultimately after assessing our financial situation, told us that there was no chance we’d be buying a home any time soon, and to come back in 5 years. After hearing this, my partner and I felt pretty crushed and hopeless. We went straight to another broker, who seemed much happier to actually help us out. We comfortably acquired a loan and now own our first home, only a couple of months later.
