Ross went above and beyond to help me with my car loan after a troubled time and his friendliness and customer service was so nice to have. He always checked in and sorted things out on my behalf as I can be really busy with my job which he was very understanding about and it made the process so much smoother. Would definitely recommend his help for anyone needing a hand and I will be using his services again when needed. Thanks Ross!

He was very friendly, but ultimately after assessing our financial situation, told us that there was no chance we’d be buying a home any time soon, and to come back in 5 years. After hearing this, my partner and I felt pretty crushed and hopeless. We went straight to another broker, who seemed much happier to actually help us out. We comfortably acquired a loan and now own our first home, only a couple of months later.
