She is very knowledgeable and efficient at what she does and also a very kind and lovely person.

Their amazingly supportive staff, super efficiency and product knowledge was so reassuring and very much appreciated as we refinanced our home. Even a cyclone couldn't stop them! I attempted to share my concerns with office manager, Renee Taggart, who emailed to say she is happy to speak with me, while simulatanousely sending text messages saying she refuses to speak with me. Very inconsistent responses, poor communication skills, unprofessional management style, and unwillingness to problem-solve. Disgraceful service
