As first home buyers, we spent over an hour with Andrew from Aussie Home Loans and were told we would have pre-approval within a week. After hearing nothing, we followed up and were told he was on holiday and would get it done ASAP. It has now been over five weeks with no further communication. This lack of follow-up is very disappointing and has wasted our time. We then went to our back and they had us pre approved in under 1hr. Very disappointed Asher seeing such great reviews!
