One star for this Warwick guy solely due to how much I was harassed by him. Multiple phone calls and voicemails a day. He even went to the effort of phoning me from a private number, I'll now happily take my business elsewhere.
In November 2021 we went guarantors for a family member. Admittedly it was a "crazy" time for the housing market and the process was EXTREMELY stressful for us all!!! Warwick was the broker. We are now going through the process again as guarantors for another family member with a different company and broker. The difference between the professional approach, face to face meetings and overall management of the process has now made me realise how unprofessional Aussie Home Loans were. In my opinion even one star is too much.
Warwick has been extremely helpful during the entire process, going above and beyond to help out with all of our questions. This has been our first home buying experience, and I would 100% recommend Aussie Keperra!
