Bianca was the 2nd broker I went to due to some Particulars not every bank would accept. She knew I didn’t want my perfect credit rating to be affected so did her research before letting me know we could apply for refinancing. She kept me informed every step of the way, updated me if there were delays and the way in which to give her information / paperwork was so quick and easy. She was quick to respond to my messages which I appreciated. I would highly recommend her.
