We dealt with Brylie & Phil to refinance our home loan and I must say was by far the easiest and best experience we've had dealing with them both. Jess and the Team at Frankston were amazing!! Jess made everything easy and straight forward with our refinance and car purchase. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
I talked to a nice lady, who was happy to help me with a loan. I filled out all their forms etc.. I was told they'd look over it and get back to me the following day. Now they wont return my calls or answer my emails. Its now been over a week and I've been completely ghosted.
Jess Ashenden helped us achieve our dream of owning our first home.
