I absolutely would NOT recommend using Aussie. We initially had Jake as our broker, he was fantastic but he left. We then got palmed off to Luke PNG who contacted us once asking for documents, we sent them through straight away, then we never heard from him again. We tried contacting him via email, phone and text to no avail. We were then left to find another broker and start the whole process again, luckily we didn't lose our house contract over it!!
Aussie Home Loans helped us immensely in trying to find a solution to our financial obligations. Luke facilitated our challenging application from start to finish. I highly recommend Luke to anyone looking to refinance or getting a home loan. Thanks Luke
