After having unhelpful conversations with mulitple banks directly, we reached out to Aussie. We were very impressed with Daniel's service, communication and knowledge. He helped us understand the different loans (refinance v bridging v construction) and provided us with great options and rates to suit our specific needs. Our circumstances changed mid way through the process and Daniel was able to adjust and secure a loan we are very happy with. He's also followed up to assist us post loan approval. Highly recommend
