My husband and I had a lovely experience dealing with Sam while buying our first home. He is knowledgeable, kind, approachable and just an all-round great guy. No question was silly and he was always stoked for us, making the whole experience a really exciting one! You know that sinking feeling when you know you're not going get your home loan?
