William went above and beyond to secure our home loan. He even drove down to the bank branch to sort out some last minute paperwork and spoke with the staff to set up everything correctly.
I had the best experience with Aussie ( William @ Corio Village ). I walked in on a Thursday afternoon he was very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble, and by the Tuesday morning I had my approval, and that was after 8mth of the Bendigo Bank mucking me around. William was very accommodating and explained everything to me with now effort. Nothing was to much trouble for him, I felt very positive from the first day. I would highly recommend him. The bottle of wine I got was a lovely touch as well.
