The staff were friendly and willing to help at the start, however the process dragged on for months with some questionable financial tactics asked of us. During this time we missed out on multiple property opportunities, Running out of time we eventually moved on directly with a bank, who provided a much quicker response. When we raised our frustrations with our broker, our application was quickly cancelled after months of effort.
