I would not hesitate to recommend David Hicks as a mortgage broker. He took the time to listen to my circumstances and provide guidance. In advance of my face-to-face meeting, David had already done significant homework to walk me through. Within less than 2 business days, my loan application was submitted, and my finance was pre-approved. David is an excellent communicator and kept me up to date with progress and next steps into the future. It was great to "outsource" the finance investigation and process to a professional!
