Kirsten has been a dream to work with from the get go. Nothing was a problem. She was helpful, informative and kept us up to date with every step, even going out of her way to meet us, so we could get everything finalised. We are currently moving our mortgage to a better rate, and then looking at our options to purchase our next property (our third)... We would not go anywhere else but to Kirsten and the terrific team at Aussie Caloundra!
Stephen was incredibly helpful, approachable and very quick to respond to any questions we had. My wife and I have been dealing with Kirsten. From the very first interaction has been an amazing experience. Nothing has been too hard and Kirsten has had our best interests at heart the entire way. Amazing service and I will directing all my friends and family her way.
So great to have someone else do all the hard work dealing with banks and finding us the best deal. So good to be able to speak to my broker and get through straight away and leave my questions with him and have it answered very quickly. Definitely recommend Aussie!
Unprofessional, dishonest and overall very negative experience. I found Stephen very difficult to work with. He was very negative, rude and overall dismissive of any questions I had for him. He kept telling me I would not be able to get the loan that I later got with no issue. He wasted my time and eventually I had to go elsewhere. My major concern was him requesting excessive and unnecessary documentation that was very private in nature.
