My initial experience with this brokerage was deeply troubling. During a conversation with a representative named Justin, his rude and cold demeanour raised serious concerns about their professionalism. His dismissive attitude was evident in his avoidance of eye contact and his shocking statement, "Mate, I'm not going to sell myself to you, I don't care if you choose to work with me or not," when asked about the value of choosing their services (specifically Aussie).
